Where does the protein come from? Is it from protein isolates or powders?
No isolates, no synthetics. The 7g of protein per serving comes naturally from the protein blend milk powder, almond flour, peanut flour, pumpkin seeds, and makhana. These are whole food ingredients, not lab-extracted protein concentrates.
My child is 3 years old. Can they have this?
Yes , since MilliMo SuperFood Milk Mix is made entirely from real whole ingredients like makhana, ragi, almonds, peanuts, and pure cacao, younger children can have it too. For children under 4, we recommend starting with half a serving (1 scoop in 100ml milk) and a smaller portion size. As always, check with your paediatrician if you have any specific concerns.
Does it contain gluten? My child has a gluten sensitivity.
MilliMo SuperFood Milk Mix is gluten-free. However, it is manufactured in a facility that also processes cereals containing gluten, so if your child has a severe gluten allergy or coeliac disease, please consult your doctor before use.
How do I serve it and how many times a day?
Mix 2 level scoops (32g) into 200ml of lukewarm milk. Stir well and serve immediately. Do not boil after mixing. One serving per day is recommended as part of a balanced diet, it is not a meal replacement.
