At MilliMo, we strive to deliver healthy and delicious snacks made with love and care. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below:

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered. However, in case you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • An expired product

  • An incorrect item

To be eligible for a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sayhello@millimo.in or WhatsApp +91-7410105582 with:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Order details, and

  • A package opening video for verification

This helps us take swift and appropriate action.

2. Refunds

After verifying your issue, we will:

  • Offer a replacement of the product, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed on the website. Please double-check your order before confirming checkout.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after dispatch

  • Product disliked due to personal taste preferences

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners, weather, or external factors

International Shipping Policy

At Millimo, we’re thrilled to ship our millet-based snacks across the globe! Please read the following details carefully before placing your international order.

1. Delivery Timeline

  • International orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country's customs clearance procedures.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order weight (per kilogram).

  • Final shipping charges will be displayed on the shipping page at checkout.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Your order may be subject to customs duty, import tax, VAT, or other local government charges upon arrival in the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the order value or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

  • The customer is solely responsible for paying any such charges.

  • Millimo is not liable for these charges under any circumstances.

4. No Returns or Exchanges

  • All international orders are final.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for international shipments unless there is a verified case of damage during transit.

  • Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
