Meet the Founder
Trupti Ajinkya Patil
Trupti Patil is the driving force behind MilliMo, a brand born from both expertise and motherly care.
An engineer and finance professional by background, and a mother at heart , Trupti’s journey into entrepreneurship began when she struggled to find truly healthy, tasty snacks for her daughters. She realized that most mothers around her were facing the same issue: the gap between healthy and kid-approved.
That gap became her purpose. With her sharp business acumen over a 6 years of experience in Engineering & Finance and her personal passion for clean, nourishing food, along with collective efforts of parents and Experts around her she founded MilliMo, a brand built on trust, care, and motherly instinct.
Today, MilliMo is not just a brand. It’s her way of helping thousands of families make better food choices, one snack at a time.

Collective Effort of Parents & Experts
MilliMo isn’t the work of just one mother, it’s the result of many thoughtful voices coming together.
From the start, this brand has been shaped by real parents who care deeply about what goes on their child’s plate. Doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, parents from all walks of life brought in their perspectives, all united by one belief, kids deserve better snacks.
But it didn’t stop there. Experts in food science and manufacturing helped turn these ideas into safe, tasty, high-quality products. We also had the support of overseas advisors who shared global best practices and helped us think bigger.
From naming the brand to perfecting each flavor, every decision was tested, challenged, and shaped by this collective effort.
That’s why MilliMo isn’t just our brand. It’s a shared mission, for every parent who truly cares.
Most healthy snacks are not actually healthy
Walk down any supermarket aisle and you'll find products dressed in wellness language multigrain, fortified, natural. But turn the pack around. Refined flour. Palm oil. Artificial flavour.
The gap between what's marketed and what's in the food is wide and children pay the price with their long-term health. We studied hundreds of children's food products available in India. The pattern was consistent: taste was prioritised over nutrition, and convenience over integrity.
Maida is nutritionally hollow stripped of fibre, protein, and micronutrients. Palm oil is linked to cardiovascular concerns at high consumption. Neither belongs in food made for growing children.
India's oldest grain.Validated by modern science.
Millets have been cultivated on the Indian subcontinent for over 5,000 years and recent nutritional science confirms what our ancestors intuitively knew. They are high in dietary fibre, rich in essential minerals like iron, magnesium, and zinc, and carry a naturally low glycaemic index.
For children, this means sustained energy without blood sugar spikes, better gut health, and a nutritional foundation that supports growth holistically not just calorically.
The UN declared 2023 the International Year of Millets, recognising their nutritional density and ecological sustainability. MilliMo was already building on this conviction.
"We didn't build MilliMo to fill a shelf. We built it because we genuinely believe every child deserves food that works for them not against them."
That belief lives in our sourcing decisions, our manufacturing standards, our ingredient lists, and our refusal to cut corners — even when it costs more. This is food built with intention, and it always will be.
