Shipping & Delivery Policy

At MilliMo, we are committed to delivering your favourite millimo snacks to your doorstep in the fastest and safest way possible. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India and also offer global shipping to select international locations.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days post-dispatch

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once processed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather, courier disruptions, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: β‚Ή75 for orders below β‚Ή499

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above β‚Ή499
    (Shipping charges, if applicable, will be visible at checkout)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order by visiting the Track Your Order section on our website.

5. Packaging & Quality

All MilliMo products are securely packed to ensure they reach you fresh and intact.

If your package appears damaged or tampered, please:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and its outer packaging
  • Email the images to sayhello@millimo.in within 4 days of delivery

    Our team will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.

    6. Delivery Partner

    We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and Shiprocket to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

    7. Missed Deliveries

    If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will usually attempt 2 more deliveries before returning the parcel. We recommend keeping your phone on and address accessible during the estimated delivery window.
