2 scoops (32g)

Rolled oats (not instant)

4 tbsp (40g)

Milk

200 ml

Plain curd (dahi)

2 tbsp β€” makes it creamier

Jaggery powder

1 tsp β€” optional

Banana or mango

Β½ fruit β€” to mix in or top


Method

  1. Add rolled oats to a jar or container. Pour in 200 ml of milk.

  2. Add 2 scoops of SuperFood Milk Mix and 2 tbsp of curd. Stir everything together well. The curd thickens the oats and adds a slight tang that balances the Milk Mix's mildly sweet, chocolatey-nutty flavour.

  3. Add jaggery powder if using. Stir.

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight β€” minimum 6 hours.

  5. In the morning, stir once. Slice banana or mango directly into the jar or bowl. Serve cold.

Rolled oats (not instant) absorb the liquid overnight into a creamy, slightly chewy texture. Instant oats go mushy. The texture difference is significant β€” use rolled oats for this recipe.
