Millimo SuperFood Milk Mix |
2 scoops (32g) |
|
Milk (full cream or toned) |
250 ml β cold |
|
Chia seeds |
3 tbsp (30g) |
|
Jaggery powder (optional) |
1 tsp β if your child prefers sweeter |
|
Vanilla extract (optional) |
2β3 drops |
Method
-
In a jar or bowl, whisk the SuperFood Milk Mix into 250 ml of cold milk until fully dissolved with no lumps. A small whisk or fork works; a shaker bottle works even better.
-
Add 3 tbsp of chia seeds and stir well. Add jaggery powder and vanilla if using. Stir again.
-
Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours β overnight is ideal. The chia seeds absorb the milk and swell into a thick, pudding-like texture.
-
In the morning, stir once. The pudding should be thick and creamy. If it's too thick, add a splash of milk and stir through.
-
Top and serve cold.
Topping Ideas
-
Sliced banana + a drizzle of honey
-
Chopped Millimo Berry Nut Nutribar (the dates + nuts + cranberries add texture and iron)
- Chopped AlmondsΒ
-
Fresh mango + pomegranate arils (Vitamin C boosts iron absorption from the Milk Mix)
-
Crushed Millimo Choco Ragi Cookie on top for crunch

Mo's tip: Chia seeds are one of the richest plant-based sources of omega-3 fatty acids β critical for brain development in children aged 5β12. Combined with the Milk Mix's makhana, almond, and pumpkin seed protein, this pudding is one of the most nutritionally dense breakfasts you can make in under 5 minutes of active time. |
