1 cup Millimo’s Choco Millet Pancake Mix

Milk (as needed to make a thick batter)

1–2 tbsp melted butter/ghee

Fillings of choice (Optional):

Chocolate chips
-
Nutella
-
Peanut butter
-
Fruit pieces (banana/strawberry)
-
Jam
-
Custard
-

Ghee or butter for cooking
Instructions
1. Make the Batter

Add Millimo Choco Millet Pancake Mix to a bowl.

Slowly add milk until you get a thick, scoopable batter (not too runny).
-
Add a little butter/ghee for richness.
-
Mix well until smooth and lump-free.
2. Prepare the Filling
Keep small portions of your fillings ready:

Chocolate chips
-
Small nutella/ peanut butter/ jam/ custard dollops
-
Fruit cubes
(Or any filling of your choice)
3. Cook the Pancake Bombs
Option 1 — Appam / Paniyaram Pan (Best method):

Heat the appam pan and grease each cavity.

Add a spoonful of batter.
-
Place your filling in the centre.
-
Cover with a little more batter from top.

Cook on low–medium heat until golden.

Flip and cook the other side.
Option 2 — On a flat pan:

Add small circles of thick batter.
-
Add filling on top and cover with more batter.

Cook both sides until puffed and golden.
4. Serve with - (Optional)

Drizzle honey or melted chocolate

Fruits (banana, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries)
