Ingredients
For the pancakes (taco shells):

Millimo’s Banana/Choco Millet Pancake Mix

Milk (as needed to make a thick batter)

1–2 tbsp melted butter/ghee
For the fillings (choose any):

Fresh fruits: strawberries, bananas, blueberries

Yogurt
-
Honey or maple syrup
-
Granola or crushed nuts for crunch (optional)
Instructions
1. Make the Pancake Batter

Add Millimo Banana/Choco Millet Pancake Mix to a bowl.

Slowly add milk until you get a thick, scoopable batter (not too runny).

Add a little butter/ghee for richness.
-
Mix well until smooth and lump-free.
2. Cook the Mini Pancakes
-
Heat a pan on low–medium flame.
-
Pour small circles of batter (size of a taco).
-
Cook until bubbles form → flip → cook until golden.
-
Remove and let them cool slightly — they will be soft and foldable like tacos.
3. Fill Your Pancake Tacos
Fold each mini pancake gently and add:
Option 1 – Fruit & Cream Taco

Whipped cream or yogurt
-
Chopped strawberries + banana slices
-
Drizzle honey
Option 2 – Choco Taco

Nutella or chocolate spread
-
Blueberries or banana
-
Sprinkle granola
Option 3 – Peanut Butter Crunch Taco

Peanut butter
-
Fruits
-
Crushed nuts for crunch
4. Serve

Arrange on a plate

Drizzle syrup or chocolate

Top with a few berries
