Choco Millet Waffle

Ingredients

 

  • Millimo’s Banana/Choco Millet Pancake Mix

  • Milk (as required)

  • 1–2 tbsp melted butter or ghee

For toppings:

  • Fruits (banana, berries)

  • Honey or maple syrup

  • Nutella / peanut butter / chocolate drizzle

  • Yogurt (optional)

 


Instructions

 

1. Make the Waffle Batter

  • Add Millimo’s Banana/Choco Millet Pancake Mix to a bowl.

  • Add milk gradually to form a slightly thick, smooth batter.

  • Add a little melted butter or ghee for crispiness.

  • Mix gently until flowy and lump‑free (don’t overmix).

 


2. Heat the Waffle Maker

  • Preheat your waffle maker.

  • Lightly grease it with butter/ghee so waffles turn crisp.

 


3. Cook the Waffles

  • Pour the batter into the waffle mould.

  • Close and cook until:
    ✔ Golden brown
    ✔ Crisp on the outside
    ✔ Soft inside

  • Time varies by waffle maker (usually 3–5 mins).

 


4. Add Toppings (choose any)

Top your warm waffle with:

  • Bananas, berries, or mixed fruits

  • Honey/maple syrup

  • Nutella or chocolate drizzle

  • Granola for crunch

  • Whipped cream for a dessert vibe

 


5. Serve

Serve hot, crisp, and delicious — a nutritious millet twist on classic waffles!
